Best device rental ever!
I was so pleased with the Wifi Buddy while I was on holidays in Japan. The device was waiting for me at my hotel which was very handy and helpful. There were clear instructions and I was connected to the device within moments. There was NOTHING difficult about the device at all. I had continuous phone data during my whole trip in Japan. There were two of us continuously connected to the buddy, often using social media apps and playing Pokemon Go, so we were using the data quite a lot. We had our own portable 'brick' battery backup and we were able to charge the buddy on the go. We never had to recharge the buddy battery more than once per day, so it lasted really really well. It was so great and definitely recommend this product to any visiting traveller!!

Great service, easy to use product
The entire process was so easy to organise from Australia. It was at our hotel when we arrived with clear instructions. So easy to return at the end of our trip. Will use again and recommend to others.

Connectivity was great when the
Connectivity was great when the wifibuddy wasn't dead. Usually the battery would only last about half the day and carrying the extra battery charger around along with the USB-C cable in a pocket got tedious quickly.

Specifications
- Requires a SIM Unlocked device with esim capability. If your device is locked, please contact your carrier to unlock it.
- We include thorough instructions, via email, through our website and with customer service.
- These are data-only SIM Cards. Carrier-based voice calls and text messaging are NOT supported. However, data-based messaging and telephony solutions such as Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp, Line etc. are supported.
- To avoid provider validation complications, in some cases when users order far ahead of their actual trip, we will send a confirmation email, with a separate QR code later on, closer to the departure date.
