Excellent service!
I rented a Diamond WifiBuddy, that was delivered to our hotel in Tokyo. It worked like a charm, and at the end of our trip, I returned the equipment by simply dropping everything into the mailbox in the airport. Simple, effective, practical and flawless.

100% perfect
WifiBuddy provided an excellent service with 100% up time, plenty of bandwidth, and simple no fuss service. I picked up the package at Narita airport terminal 2 post office (Level 3 Departures near Check-in counter D). I dropped it off there three weeks later too - all easy and no fuss. Especially liked having the spare battery which we carried everyday, and used now and then when we were out from morning into the evening. Signal was always perfect - fast and we never went near our capacity running three mobile devices and a laptop. No hiccups. I haven't tried others services but I would absolutely go straight to WifiBuddy next trip. SO helpful to always have Google maps, Hyperdia train schedules, Instagram, Facetime, and Safari with us at all times! More than paid for itself facilitating and active travel experience.

Specifications
- Requires a SIM Unlocked device with esim capability. If your device is locked, please contact your carrier to unlock it.
- We include thorough instructions, via email, through our website and with customer service.
- These are data-only SIM Cards. Carrier-based voice calls and text messaging are NOT supported. However, data-based messaging and telephony solutions such as Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp, Line etc. are supported.
- To avoid provider validation complications, in some cases when users order far ahead of their actual trip, we will send a confirmation email, with a separate QR code later on, closer to the departure date.
