We had an amazing time during our visit to Japan and it was made even better with our WiFi Buddy. Ordering it was simple, and when we picked it up at the airport it was fully charged and ready to go! The only issue that made it a little difficult was the numerous emails that I received on where to go to pick it up. I had to go to several floors (after figuring out where the pick up location was at) but once there, it was all packaged and ready for use. Dropping it off was even easier as WiFi Buddy provided a self-addressed stamped return envelope and all I had to do was drop it off at any mailbox within the airport. Communication and support was easily accessible and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely use their service again.

I used the Wifi Buddy on my recent trip to Japan. The service and device worked great throughout the trip. When using a lot of data consistently, the device would get hot and cause problems if inside a bag. Placing the device in an outside pocket totally fixes this. Great and easy service. Thanks.

Best, most cost-efficient way to get internet access for multiple phones throughout Japan. We spent a month and had zero issues. Picked up in Haneda airport, everything was where they said it would be. Worked well in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Okinawa. Faster than any of the airBnb-provided wireless hotspots. The extra battery pack was a nice touch. Would absolutely use again.

Everything was smooth despite the postal restrictions of the G20 meeting in Osaka. You can easily rely on the service, delivery and the WiFi itself. There are more free WiFis around, but nothing beats your own when travelling!

This was an easy service. I ordered the WiFi device online, and it was waiting for me by the time I checked into my hotel. Connecting to the device was very straight forward. I just wish the device came with a charging pack, as one full charge was not enough for a full day of walking around.
