Second time using Japan WiFi buddy and extremely happy with the service - both with the Jwb team who are on top of everything, reply extremely fast with answers to questions, and of course the internet service. The service from the diamond package performed everywhere I've been to in Japan. Whether I was in the southwest of Fukuoka, or the North of Hokkaido. I got service everywhere in between! If there is any sort of complaint - which is at no fault of the Jwb team - it would be the battery life of the units, and I am being extremely critical now - the units last for the majority of the day, but the Jwb team includes a power bank in the package, so it is not

Very easy collection and drop off at airport at Narita Airport without complications, it's ready to use. It worked very fine everywhere in Japan, big or small cities. We didn't have any problems in any city from Tokyo to Hiroshima. The provided charging battery allows you to stay connected the entire day, so no worries. Just remember to charge both everyday.

This was perfect for our vacation to Japan. So easy to use. We traveled in a group of 4 and it supported everyone's phones throughout the day. The external battery came in handy, too.

Great service, full package with all the equipment you need including leads and back up battery and excellent customer service with a delivery to our motel as we arrived after hours.

The Wi-Fi Buddy worked like a charm. It was incredibly beneficial to always have that connection to the internet in a new place. We could look up train times, directions, movie times and restaurants on the spot and stay in contact with friends along the way.
