The JapanWifiBuddy was really convenient as there was strong signal and fast data everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

It was a breeze availing Japan Wifi Buddy's service for our Christmas Japan trip. Prior to our purchase, we had a few concerns we had to raise since it was our first time to rent a pocket wifi abroad but the Japan Wifi Buddy team was more than accommodating (it was Tre who I got to talk with) and they were able to clarify and assure us our concerns. Upon arriving in Japan, the hotel concierge already handed us our package and the following morning, it was ready for use. It was super handy that an extra battery was included in the kit, but we didn't have problem with the Wifi Buddy's battery life. We also didn't experience any problems with the wifi connection so we were all thrilled to be online while at the same time enjoying Osaka's and Kyoto's top picturesque destinations. It was an amazing first experience renting a pocket wifi and Japan Wifi Buddy was equally amazing in their service so there'll be definitely a next time when we get to visit Japan again in the future. :) I highly recommend the Platinum Wifi Buddy. You won't be disappointed choosing Japan wifi Buddy :)

This is my 2nd time around with Japan WiFi Buddy. Having a solid LTE WiFi MAX in my pocket helped us during our travels. We were always able to be online on the go. I'll be using them again come Summer!

Great way to travel. Should be available anywhere on the world but no one other than Japanese would make it so organized and easy. Thanks for making our trip fabulous.

As the title says, everything was very straightforward and clear. Instructions to return and get the wifi, and on how to use it. However, one thing I wished for was to see my daily usage of wifi, not just my overall. I never knew how much mb I had left before it would switch from LTE to 3G. Other than this feature, it was great.
