I was very impressed with the service provided by the staff after making my order. After telling them I'd need to pick it up from the nearest post office, they not only gave me the post office address but directions and pictures of how to get there from my AirBnb! The Facebook Messenger integration worked really well too. The device is modern and has excellent coverage where I've been so far (Tokyo, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Osaka, even Koyasan). Battery lasts well more than one day. The data cap I chose is easily exhausted by two smartphones but the slower speeds upon reaching the cap are still fine. Would definitely go with these guys again, the price was very reasonable too and cheaper than a lot of other providers.

Great service. It worked all over Japan, Hiroshima, Kansai region, Kanazawa, Tokyo. Getting the Silver Plus that has a NTT Docomo sim was the right choice. The other sim cards don't have as great coverage. We never ran out of battery!

Excellent coverage in and around the Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto and Hakonr areas. I wouldn't doubt coverage area in other pets of the country. Pick up and setup was easy; 5 minutes after receiving it we were online with three devices. Service area around the hotspot was great and I didn't need to be too concerned with getting separated from my girlfriend and not being able to message our locations. Would recommend and use again when in Japan. Thanks for everything!

Throughout our trip so far, the WifiBuddy has been excellent. I stumbled across this portable wifi option through Reddit, and Tre was more than happy assisting me in any questions I had! It's worked non stop from the busy city of Tokyo, to the outskirts of Koyasan, all while still maintaining constant signal. Also, the inclusion of the additional battery pack is amazing! Great product.
