It was shipped to my hotel upon arrival, and getting it "set up" was a breeze. Using it was even easier. The return was also simple. Great product and super convenient!

Except for not having an option to get it in the airport, I have no feedback on how you could get any better. Your service was just perfect head to tail. Our flight arrived in Haneda Airport after your office was already closed to get it. We got your device charged and ready to use at our hotel in Kyoto and except for two occasions inside mall buildings in Tokyo, on which we got no signal, it worked perfectly during all the trip. I was able even to setup my new MacBook Pro I got in Osaka inside the shinkansen heading back to Kyoto. The device was charged every night and we never run out of power. Fantastic device. The only thing that remains for you guys to make me the ultra happy customer is to share the specifications of that power cell you sent in the package. It was able to fully charge my iPhone 6s Plus three times in a day (Google Maps is a power drain) and I want to purchase one for me 😄 I'll share this review of your service on any social network you guys have because your service worth every ¥ I paid on it. I rented the silver JWB for 2 weeks while being in Japan! I loved the added power brick. My friend used that more than I did but it was very convenient. I also had the 2 friends that went with me connect to it and just great to communicate and travel around Japan.

Instead of getting a SIM card I decided to try the wifi router and after investigating several in Tokyo I settled on JapanWifiBuddy. I couldn't be more happy. It was easy to use, economical and kept me connected throughout my trip to Japan. I highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Japan!
