Worked exactly as advertised! Easy to pick up and return. Definitely worth the money.

My husband’s WiFi must have been older model because it did not work as efficiently as mine. We would both charge our units at the same time but his would lose power faster than mine

Wifi covers most area.

I just recently visited Japan and rented the pocket wifi from wifibuddy. They kept on updating you with all the device updates and what you need to be aware of before your arrival. It was so convenient that you can have wifi everywhere. I travelled all over the places with a piece of mind that I won’t get lost. This was a great experience!!

I loved how easy it was from start to end using our Wifi Buddy. I purchased the diamond package which was so reasonably priced & worth every cent. An envelope containing the wifi buddy, chargers, instructions & additional battery were at our hotel upon arrival in Tokyo. We were never lost and carried the charger with us, stopping at a cafe if we needed to recharge. I also turned it off when not in use to conserve battery power. We never would have seen nearly as many attractions without wifi Buddy. On our final day, I packed everything back into the pouch and the reply paid envelope & posted it in the hotel post box. Super easy! Thanks so much Japan wifi Buddy!.

Great and easy service!

Picking up the WiFi dongle from the airport was convenient and stress free, internet speed was lightning fast and made getting around Japan magnitudes easier. Dropping off the WiFi at the post office took only a few seconds. Couldn't be happier with this service.

The customer service waa amazing, they stay in contact with you to make sure everything is set up perfectly before your arrival. The device is small but can get a little hot in your pocket, better to leave it in a handbag. The internet speed was good and the reception as well.

Super fast, unlimited wifi and worked everywhere we went! We saw so much more of Japan because of this device. We were able find all the tourist attractions nearby while we were out and about. Well worth the price, highly recommended!!

Truly fantastic service. Our WiFi was waiting at our hotel and worked almost instantly. I would've deducted one star because the battery life could use improvement, but they do include rapid rechargers with each WiFi and as long as you're prepared with them, they work great and keep you going. I wouldn't visit Japan without JapanWifiBuddy!

Been using Japan WifiBuddy for the past 4 years on my yearly trip to Japan and will never use any other company! So easy to rent and price can’t be beat. This time around the router was waiting for me when I checked into my hotel and returning it is so convenient using the return envelope and dropping it off at a Japan Post outlet. I always recommend you guys to family and friends when traveling to Japan!

Me and 3 friends rent this for 2 weeks and it was better than we expected. The delivery was very fast and the accesories that comes with it where really usefull. Without doubt we will rent the same again in the future.

My husband and I recently used this WiFi buddy all throughout our week long trip in Japan and we absolutely loved it! We had internet connection the entire trip even when traveling outside of the major cities. It was easy to pickup from the airport and then mail back from the airport upon our departure as well. We would highly recommend it!

Super easy to use and was ready at my hotel when I arrived in Japan. Speeds and wifi coverage were extremely reliable. Portable battery was really helpful as well!

I was impressed with the service and communication of JWB. The device was perfect for our days out in Japan. The device got a little hot in my bag on on the hot days so had to carry it sometimes. Other than that, no issues.

It was good for the most part, it had some random restart or speed drop, but most of the time it work perfectly.

Does all the things it needs to do. The powerbank is great too as the device runs out of juice usually just after lunch time. It tends to heat up though when being used heavily, so keep it aerated whenever possible.

It worked perfectly everywhere.

Worked perfectly 90% of the time, there were some random losses of internet connection, while outdoors, but it was minor and didn't last long. Still very satisfied with my experience

As independent travellers around Japan we found the WifiBuddy invaluable, especially with navigation, train and translation apps. It also saved us on many occasions the expense of hotel wifi. Great product, excellent service and could not be easier to use. cannot recommend enough.

Our first time renting a pocket wifi and it was a good decision. All 4 of us were able to be connected at the same time so it made for a good value. Speed was decent and worked well in different cities. We will never travel without it again.
