Makes life easy

So easy to use, even comes with two chargers that we could plug our other USB devices into so we didn't even need to buy an adaptor. Sometimes was a little slow, maybe get the faster one. Back up battery is handy for recharging not only wifi but other devices on the go.

Awesome experience

I've been travelling to Japan for the past couple of years, and each time I've rented a pocket wifi from Tre. Service is always prompt, especially this time as I rented the night before I left for Japan (within 24 hours of arriving in Japan). Speeds are quick as I mainly used the internet for Google Maps and searching for things as well as light email for work. I've never had a problem with blackout spots anywhere in the Kanto/Kansai area I've been to.

Requires a SIM Unlocked device with esim capability. If your device is locked, please contact your carrier to unlock it.
We include thorough instructions, via email, through our website and with customer service.
These are data-only SIM Cards. Carrier-based voice calls and text messaging are NOT supported. However, data-based messaging and telephony solutions such as Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp, Line etc. are supported.
To avoid provider validation complications, in some cases when users order far ahead of their actual trip, we will send a confirmation email, with a separate QR code later on, closer to the departure date.
