The process was very easy. The staff that I communicated with was very helpful and gave very good recommendations. The pickup from the short term storage area at New Chitose airport was convenient. We had great signals throughout our trip, including in the country side and parks. Thank you!

I had done extensive research when planning my trip to Japan so I knew I would need wifi because who's going to pay those data roaming charges? I'm sooooooo glad I decided to rent a portable Wifi from JapanWifiBuddy. Seriously, the best decision I made. They easily walked me through all the questions I had through email correspondence & even though I waited until the week before to place my order they were able to arrange to have it dropped off at my Airbnb the same night I arrived in Japan. Incredible! It worked everywhere I traveled; Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima & Tokyo!! It was easy to get around because I was never without wifi. I was always able to use the Hyperdia app I downloaded to get around on the train. The battery lasts so long that I actually ended up using the extra battery they provided for my phone! I can't rave enough about the assistance I received before my travel & how easy it made my vacation while I was there.
