I received the package at Narita airport, but it was a bit tricky to find the post office. Print out the Google Maps screenshot than using Narita airport's map (terminal 1, level 4). The device was great, it had a backup battery I didn't need to use (but I used it to recharge my iphone once), and unfortunately I did go over the data cap, because my iphone kept uploading photos/videos to the icloud whenever it was connected to the wifi. Make sure you disable that before traveling to Japan! However, Google Translate made it easy to understand the prompts from the wifi device. Overall, it was easy to operate the device, the instructions are clear, and I used it inside buildings, underground, and on the bullet train en route to Kyoto and Osaka without a signal drop. My wife also connected to the device without a problem. But remember to turn off icloud sync, any other background app downloads that are unnecessary for your trip!!!

Great wi Fi for a reasonable price. Great services even when I planned my arriving day wrong. Best thing was the back up battery that came with it, made exploring easier into the evening hours.
