Pickup at the hotel worked like a charm. There were some issues with the tunnel-heavy train route to Izu (numerous disconnects flustered my mobile device) but the support kindly pointed me to my mistakes. Altogether a great ease on the issue of navigating Tokyo quickly. :]

Great service!

Transaction was smooth, they checked in with us to confirm the address before shipping, sim cards were waiting for us at our hotel on arrival, coverage was very good. Overall, a great experience!

Pick up at Narita airport from the post office was very easy. Everything is exactly as described from the company. The package came with instructions for settings and installation. As an non-Japanese speaker this SIM card was my lifeline!

Worked fine as secondary card in a OnePlus 6T. I could make calls with my regular card and use data with my Japan WifiBuddy cards. Each card is only valid for 6 days, so I received a stack of them, replacing them every 6th day.

The package was delivered to Narita airport post office. The pick up was pretty fast. They gave me two 6 days SIM cards for a total of 12 days. The installation was easy if you know how to out in a SIM card for your phone. The instructions were clear and in English. I had no problems with my SIM card for the entire trip. I used it to to WhatsApp calling and the voice was clear. Very good service I would recommend it to everyone =).

I'm rating 3 because our previous purchase with you guys was good. This is our 2nd time availing ur product but this time there were a lot o f cellular disconnections. We always had to look for a nearby free wifi spot. We only stayed in major cities this time but still, this was worse than before.

We used it all the time on our trips, excursions and every where. It did restart a bit too often for us... ;-)

Generally worked well everywhere, with only a few isolated spots with poor service. With starting early each day and using extensively, generally needed to plug into portable charger around 3 each afternoon. Would use it again.

Highly recommend this as an option when you are a tourist in Japan. When we checked into our hotel, this package was already waiting for us - superb service! The instructions on how to send the device back was so simple - too easy!

Very convenient, can run 2 people streaming videos or gaming. Good coverage in tokyo and osaka. Lasts about 5-6 hours with heavy use.

Having it at my hotel upon arrival was great. It was an indispensable navigational tool (with google maps on my phone) throughout my trip

We used the Japan WiFi buddy service for two weeks while in japan and it was fantastic. We paid for the faster mifi and I would definitely pick that again. Even with that one we still had spotty WiFi at times. The whole process was just super easy and that helps a lot when you’re traveling across the world

The pocket wifi made all the difference on my trip to Japan, Google Maps was far too slow to use without the wifi and with it I was able to navigate with ease around the major cities. The wifi was also powerful enough for video streaming on three mobile phones consecutively.
